USA Shipping – Duties Included. All US orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Import duties and tariffs are included in our prices, so you should not face any additional customs charges on delivery.
Please note that for international purchases (excluding USA), customs duty and tax charges may occur and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or missing parcels: If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us. For UK orders, Royal Mail generally requires 10 working days beyond the expected delivery date before a standard parcel can be considered lost for compensation purposes. International timeframes vary by destination and service.
