Refund policy

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If your order isn’t suitable we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at  info@modadancewear.com. providing order number, order date and reason for return. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You then have 14 days to return the items after informing us.

Extended Christmas return period. You have until January 6th 2026 to return your item. This is for items purchased in November or December that would fall outside of our standard return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with hang tags intact and in its original packaging.

We are not liable to refund the return postage cost. Please ensure postage is paid for these returned items and we highly recommend that you use a service with tracking or a signature as we cannot take responsibility for lost items.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once inspected, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If a partial return from an order causes the total value of the order to fall below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the standard shipping fee from the refund amount.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


International Orders

Some postal services may require you to collect your package following a failed delivery attempt. If the package is not collected within the specified time, and it is returned to sender, we cannot be held accountable. If an order is returned to sender due to non-collection, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Additionally, a £10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be charged in the local currency based on the daily exchange rate.
